workbook and exam is designed to assist in learning all
about NATS Mini E-Fit System. This home study reviews fitness
components, resistance training concepts, and exercises
for the upper body, lower body, and core.
Once
you have completed your workbook and exam has been sent
in, please send a copy of your NATS E Fit Certificate along
with a copy of your credentials (i.e degree in health related
field, personal and/or group training certificate) to us
by emailing a scanned copy to natsoffice@wisper-wireless.com
