NATS Mini E-Fit Workbook with Optional Exam worth
8 NETA Continuing Education Credits

This workbook and exam is designed to assist in learning all about NATS Mini E-Fit System. This home study reviews fitness components, resistance training concepts, and exercises for the upper body, lower body, and core.

*Note: NATS Mini E Fit Gym must be ordered separately.

Once you have completed your workbook and exam has been sent in, please send a copy of your NATS E Fit Certificate along with a copy of your credentials (i.e degree in health related field, personal and/or group training certificate) to us by emailing a scanned copy to natsoffice@wisper-wireless.com or faxing to 320-763-4426.
