Tammy has been working with clients since 1995. She has helped many people reach their nutrition and fitness goals. Tammy has worked with clients from age 15-92. She is trained in Yoga Stretch, Silver Sneakers, Pilates, Stability Ball, NATS TotalEFit, Weight Training, Fusion Fitness: On the Ball (Blend of Yoga and Pilates on the Ball).
Tammy has taught numerous fitness and nutrition classes and enjoys working with individual clients as well as couples and groups of friends.
The Total E Fit Gym is perfect for training clients – its easy and compact to carry and very versatile. I can use it for strength training personal clients when we are away from the health club and I’ve been able to modify several Pilate’s exercises for use with it as well. It’s been a fantastic tool and I love that it folds so compactly that I can just leave it in my car and it’s ready whenever I need it!
